Today marks the 66th anniversary of the liberation of Paris after WWII. Ralph Morse was a photographer for LIFE for decades. He was in Paris then and took these extraordinary photographs documenting the momentous occasion. Still alive at 93, Morse spoke with LIFE about his time in France in 1944 and 45.
