Shipping and handling rates that are not included, vary depending on the type of item being purchased and the size of the order.

We hope that you love your purchase but in the case of damage or the item not meeting your expectation, each of the companies/artisans have their own returns policy. Please check in the description of the individual item or below.

Please note that due to the bespoke and fragile nature of their items, many pieces are not refundable or returnable. Also please read the item descriptions carefully – they carry many works by small artisans and the handmade origins often lend to small imperfections that are part and parcel of the collections herein.
- All sales are final. In the event that you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, returns are accepted on eligible items for store credit only within 10 business days of the invoice date, and must be accompanied by a receipt.
- To be eligible for a refund, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
- Credit is good for one year from date of issue at The Ark Elements. *All packaging must remain intact and must be documented for shipping insurance claims.

Their refund policy is 15 Days. Unfortunately they can’t offer you a refund or exchange after this period. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, they require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Refunds (if applicable):
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that they have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Exchanges (if applicable):

Their products are shipped within 4-7 Days using the following carriers: USPS FedEx UPS . To return your product, you should mail your product to: 300 East 57 Street , Suite 1C, New York New York United States 10022. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. If you are shipping an item over $50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. They don’t guarantee that they will receive your returned item.
