After a successful career as a stylist and fashion photographer in New York, Todd discovered ceramics and eventually traded city life for the elemental beauty and slower rhythms of Paros. Today, the island is both home and an endless source of inspiration. His distinctive hand-built vessels and sculptures take their cues from the natural world around him — shells, stones, seed pods, driftwood and the weathered forms and textures of the Cycladic landscape.
A lifelong collector, Todd has filled his wonderfully personal home with art, photography, furniture, ceramics, found objects and treasures gathered over the years. Against the spare whitewashed architecture, his eclectic collections reveal the same instinctive eye for form, texture and the unexpected that informs his own work.
