These charming little plates are so multi functional, I wasn’t sure what to call them! Conceived as a set of four plates in the wicker and bamboo patterns, ideally for gifting, it became clear they had so many uses! Yes, use them as a sure-to-be-appreciated hostess gift but also as canapé plates – the perfect size for a small amuse bouche! They are also the ideal size for a bread plate (or any edible accoutrement) on the table – mixing elegantly with our Wicker Dinner Plate and Bamboo Salad Plate.
Since they are almost completely flat, they also make great coasters for glasses or a bottle of wine. Put your watch or earrings on them bedside or on your dresser. They are great catchalls on your desk or even in the bathroom!
So while I am calling them Canapé Plates, they really are so much more! And they sold out so fast, I only have the one shot! More photos when they come in again.
