  2. One night when we lived in the city and we would go to the FDR drive to watch the fireworks, one of my sons said, “like diamonds in the sky” and my husband and I laughed – knowing the song by Elton John.
The fourth is one of my favorite holidays! Love your images.

  6. What a fabulous way to spend the holiday. We share one of the largest firework displays with Detroit every year and it is something both sides of the border look forward to each year. Yours looks so elegant with the beach umbrellas. Enjoy. XO

  7. Surrounded by fireworks display here at the beach last night!! Off to annual party with about 40 good friends this afternoon. I’m delighted the sun is out!! Happy 4th Stacey!! ox

  9. Stacey, this looks wonderful! What a great celebration you had. We went to a party on Saturday night where we could see fireworks that came from a beach club in Santa Monica. They were so pretty. Happy 4th of July!

  10. Hope you had a great 4th! Great spot for fireworks. I was so sad that Stamford’s fireworks were cancelled again – but we lucked out last night and saw about 6 towns of fireworks as we drove down 95 on our way back to NY.
